I love this glimpse of your struggle--no place is perfect, and yet many places can feel like home!

Gosh, what stunning photos — Mexico City and Paris are both such gems.

Coincidentally, I'm also dealing with the emotional tug-of-war of where to settle down long-term, and am torn between two places that have both captured my heart. I think it's partially the “grass is always greener syndrome” which has surfaced due to living so many incredible (but different!) lives while traveling the past few years. It's certainly a good problem to have — but still aches knowing that choosing one means leaving the other behind.

I think polyamory towards where you live is a delightful "challenge" to have.

Really like this! Bit envious of your adventurous life. I can see how both cities would exert such a magnetic pull! (I've only been to Paris but love reading about Mexico City from your POV.)
